I have x-plane 8.64 and have been trying to add taxi ways and signs to make the sim more realistic. I have the photographic scenery for england and wales; by circle software. Through this I can import the .apt files needed to change the airports but when I come to save and export the .apt files back I can't view any changes in x-plane. Can any one offer suggestions on what I could be doing wrong?
Thanks very much.
Tom.Tomnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19727408.post-67779598669229600932007-10-20T06:01:00.000-04:002007-10-20T06:01:00.000-04:00When can we expect to move/correct roads and river...When can we expect to move/correct roads and river, add powerline and railroads ? I am missing red signs (discribing the way to the runways) and red lines or red lined areas (discribing restrictetd places). Or am to stupid to find it in WED.Easygliderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11669999625053569925noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19727408.post-71724419625782310632007-08-12T14:09:00.001-04:002007-08-12T14:09:00.001-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.Benjamin Supnikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04886313844644521178noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19727408.post-63249496543425963592007-08-12T14:09:00.000-04:002007-08-12T14:09:00.000-04:00I'll try to improve the labeling next time I updat...I'll try to improve the labeling next time I update the site!Benjamin Supnikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04886313844644521178noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19727408.post-24488109707537413682007-08-12T13:57:00.000-04:002007-08-12T13:57:00.000-04:00Fair enough, it wasn't obvious it was in the XPToo...Fair enough, it wasn't obvious it was in the XPTools bit.Bruce Cowanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03210186433936662028noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19727408.post-60110236841868593182007-08-10T16:17:00.000-04:002007-08-10T16:17:00.000-04:00Hi Bruce,As the blurb on the tools page says, it's...Hi Bruce,

As the blurb on the tools page says, it's on the code page of the scenery site.

What might not be obvious is that the download labeled "XPTools" on the code page contains the WED source (as well as a lot more).Benjamin Supnikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04886313844644521178noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19727408.post-47900088607749550312007-08-10T16:14:00.000-04:002007-08-10T16:14:00.000-04:00"WED is free and open-source."Where is the source ..."WED is free and open-source."

Where is the source then?Bruce Cowanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03210186433936662028noreply@blogger.com
